We have introduced more rigorous cleaning protocols for cleaning surfaces and hand washing. We have temporarily closed the forecourt but all vehicles are available for online viewing containing all of the information required and we are taking the precautions recommended by the external agencies. We will continue to operate as normal and deliver our excellent customer service connecting with our customers, using digital technology to support us and you as much as possible. At this time our opening hours have not changed but we will continue to be guided and comply with any recommendations made by Public Health England. We will continue to do everything we can to provide services to our customers through our website and social media, which will be regularly updated to provide you with the latest information. All of our cars are available to view on our website and we have introduced more video viewing capabilities to our online offering so you can view the car from the comfort of your home. The website also details our full range of purchase options, where you can enquire about or reserve a vehicle, you can also complete a finance application on every vehicle. If you have any queries we would be happy to discuss this with you over the phone. Our thoughts are with all those that have been affected by COVID-19 and we will continue to focus on the health and safety of our customers, staff and wider community.
