A very professional operation - good website with all the general information about the company that you need and clear, detailed photos of each car on sale to accompany the written information about the vehicle. \'Family-run\' is a phrase often used but here it is a tangible asset - clear, detailed communication and excellent personal skills. Great presentation of the vehicle we bought inspired confidence, too. Well worth travelling to experience the traditional service.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. I cannot praise them enough. Would definitely recommend and will buy from there again when the time comes. Made up with my Mini and they went above and beyond to replace a small part which meant I could use my car the same day and go to work. Thank you!

As soon as I saw the Jeep Renegade I knew it was the car for me. Amy came with me for a test drive whilst John looked at my car for part exchange. They were both lovely people and let me look at the car in my own time. Within two days I picked up my Jeep and Andy finalised the paperwork. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently and all with a friendly smile. I will be telling everyone to buy their cars from Suttons from now on. Love this company and love my new car. Very friendly, family feel to Suttons. Nothing was to much trouble, they moved a few cars around so that we could view the Mini then take it out for a test drive. Cars were very well presented and any little jobs that needed doing they were more than happy to sort out for you.

We travelled from the Midlands to view a car at Sutton Motor services, quite a journey to just view a car but we were pleasantly surprised by the staff, (family owned car sales), when we arrived, we were greeted with hot drinks and then left to view the car at our leisure, which we did for over a good hour, at not one point did we get bothered or pressurised with our viewing, (unlike other Motor Sales companies). We agreed on purchasing the car, a Peugeot 3008 and to pick it up a few days later, unfortunately 40 miles from the garage the vehicle we were travelling in broke down, I rang Andrew from Sutton's on his mobile to explain our situation and Andrew kindly said he would pick us up, (an 80 mile round trip at '7pm' for him), so we could still pick the car up, rather than having to make the journey again) this we felt was 'Exceptional' service from Sutton's. The service we received from the family was, as far as we are concerned 'Outstanding'. The car we purchased needed 2 front door seals which were replaced, along with a Service for when we picked it up, I would like to think that after dealing with the family owned garage, should there be any other issues with the car within the 3 months warranty, they will also be dealt with. WELL WORTH A VISIT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR :-)

Thank you to everyone at Sutton Motors. Made buying a car easy. They gave us the keys to look at the car we wanted left us to it. Gave us a test drive at no point was there any pressure selling. There was a minor issue with front screen washers this was repaired with like for like parts not cheap copies. Can`t praise these guys enough, easiest car I have bought

The dealers at Sutton Motor Company couldn't have been more helpful! When I purchased my Fiat 500 from them back in January it was in fantastic condition. I had been really well cleaned and there was a small cigarette burn in one of the seats but they patched it up so perfectly that you cant even tell. The car is worth every penny and I have had no issues with it at all. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone!
